On December 18, 2025, MA Automotive Deutschland GmbH hosted the MA Automotive Safety Day at its Treuen plant. The Safety and Health Day focused on raising awareness of occupational safety and providing employees with practical guidance for a safe and healthy working environment.
Through a series of expert presentations, employees received valuable insights into key safety topics such as accident prevention, safe operation of industrial trucks, lifting platforms and presses, as well as the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Additional sessions covered fire protection, first aid and ergonomic workplace design. The clear emphasis throughout the event was on tangible benefits for employees: recognizing hazards early, preventing accidents and protecting personal health in the long term.
Health prevention was another important pillar of the Safety Day. A presentation on healthy nutrition in daily and shift work highlighted how proper hydration, balanced meals and sufficient nutrient intake can improve concentration, performance and overall well-being—factors that directly contribute to reducing workplace accidents.
A particular highlight was the exhibition area located directly within the production environment. Along the so-called “Safety Mile,” internal departments and external occupational safety suppliers presented modern safety equipment, products and services. Employees had the opportunity to experience safety solutions firsthand, engage in discussions with experts and receive individual advice.
The MA Automotive Safety Day 2025 clearly demonstrated that occupational safety at MA Automotive is more than a regulatory requirement—it is a shared responsibility and a key contribution to employee health, safety and sustainable performance in everyday operations.
