This educational experience combines production, prevention and sustainability, and demonstrates how the company invests in the local community by educating tomorrow's leaders.
On Friday 5 December, 48 eighth-grade students visited the MA1 Atessa plant as part of an educational initiative focusing on the importance of prevention and respect for the environment.
The students were accompanied by members of the management, maintenance, quality and logistics teams as they toured the various departments, asking questions and observing the daily safety measures in place.
Then in the classroom, the HSE Manager, the HSE Officer and the Workers' Safety Representative led a lively and constructive discussion on prevention culture and sustainability.
The final emotional moment came when the students decorated the company tree with baubles bearing messages such as 'Safety is a never-ending journey' and 'Let's leave a better world than the one we received'.
This is a concrete investment in the local community and in future generations, ensuring that safety and the environment are everyone's responsibility.
