CLN Group, in the framework of the Sustainability approach of its operations - to reduce environmental impacts and increase waste recycling, has developed a project to separate wastes in its offices, in all workplaces and plants of the group. All single-office undifferentiated waste bins will be removed and “ecological islands” will be installed for all office zones.
The new system to collect wastes in office consists in installing “ecological islands” to collect waste separately (paper, plastic, glasses,…), reducing drastically the undifferentiated waste and CO2 emission. In single offices only paper bins will remain. Suitable information will be posted for all employees to address the waste separation.
CLN will check waste separation and disposal in all sites (both in its offices and during all the process of disposal with external companies) to better fit the process and guarantee the correct waste flux.
