Excel Rim sold to RK Group.
The sale of Excel Rim Co., Ltd. by CLN to RK Group was finalized on November 30, 2017.
A preliminary sales agreement had been reached by the two industrial groups on November 10, 2017. Excel Rim Co., Ltd., a world leading manufacturer of motorcycle rims, was owned by MW Italia Srl - part of CLN Group - and has now been sold to Kilang Sprocket S.A. Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of RK South Asia, a leading manufacturing group in the motorcycle component business.
