Lucchini spa in Extraordinary Administration: signed the preliminary agreement for the transfer of the Condove plant to CLN Group.
A preliminary agreement was signed by the Extraordinary Administration of Lucchini Spa for the transfer of the Condove plant to CLN Group. The agreement provides for the acquisition of part of the company consisting in the real estate complex in the Condove area, its industrial buildings and the hiring of the entire current workforce, thus enabling in the future to launch new industrial activities consistent with CLN Group strategies.
