On December 19, 2019, CLN S.p.A. finalized the process of disposing of the shares held in the subsidiary ITLA BONAITI S.p.A., thus leaving the cold re-rolling steel sector.
The divestment operation is part of a wider redesign, aimed at a greater focus of the CLN Group on its "core" automotive activities and the gradual divestment of the "non-core" activities.
