Today CLN finalized the disposal of its investment in OMV S.p.A. to Profiltubi S.p.A., Italian producer of HF-welded steel tubes located in Reggiolo (RE).
The disposal project to Profiltubi involved the full ownership of OMV including the majority stake held by PRV S.r.l.
