On 29 May, CLN S.p.A. and Cellino Group Holding S.r.l. entered into a share purchase agreement to transfer the 39% stake of Cellino S.r.l. held by CLN to Cellino Group Holding.
Following this transaction, CLN got out from Cellino S.r.l. capital and Cellino Group Holding became its sole shareholder.
