Sale of MA’s shareholding in JBM MA Automotive Pvt. Ltd.
On January 31, 2018 the sale of MA's participation (50%) in JBM MA Automotive Pvt. Ltd. - a joint venture with the Indian JBM Group - was finalized.
The joint venture has been operating in Pune, India, since 2007 and, lately, it has been mainly serving the Indian car manufacturing industry.
The sale of MA’s shares was made in favour of Neel Metal Products Limited (a local Company affiliated to JBM Group).
