MA Automotive Deutschland purchased a dismissed plant located in Achim, Germany

A new plant in the future of MA Automotive Deutschland GmbH at Achim

MA Automotive Deutschland GmbH has closed a deal for the purchase of an industrial site located at Achim - Uesen industrial park. The 15,000-sqm industrial property includes option areas and production halls.

What led MA to acquire the site was its proximity to Bremen, and to the Mercedes-Benz plant, as well as to the highway under a positive logistic perspective. Furthermore, the recently built plant was attractive and well arranged to welcome MA’s equipment. In detail, the facility will be devoted to host six manufacturing lines, to produce main floor and inner body side components of the new Mercedes-Benz models in two years, with a general investment of approximately 80 million euros.
A possible extension of the building for new business activities is in MA’s long-term plan.

The Achim plant will start out as Bremen plant’s second site, therefore increasing its capacity. MA’s Treuen plant will be dedicated as supplier of stamped components.
In a four-year period, MA is expected to hire approximately 200 people.

MA Automotive Deutschland belongs to the MA Division of the CLN Group, specialized in the metal forming of components for the automotive industry.
