On 2 October 2026, the Melfi plant hosted the final Safety Day of the year for the Italian region.
The event focused on three key themes: workplace safety, local value, and environmental resilience, and was attended by numerous employees and guests.
The first part of the event, which focused on environmental issues, took the form of a discussion featuring female business owners who have achieved outstanding results in product development by prioritising sustainability and enhancing the local area.
The second part, dedicated to safety, featured representatives from leading local companies and Prevention and Protection Service Managers, who presented practical examples of critical situations and their respective action plans.
The event concluded with the screening of a deeply moving video featuring employees from the Melfi and Cassino plants. Through the visuals, the employees expressed their love for the company and their strong sense of belonging.
