To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, we have placed a red bench inside our Rivoli headquarters. This symbolic gesture serves as a reminder that violence against women takes many forms (physical, psychological, economic, sexual, verbal, unequal pay, etc.) and occurs every day, and that it is up to each of us to reverse this trend.
The CLN Group has released a banner and an image to raise awareness among all employees this week of the importance of creating an inclusive and respectful environment, and of always adopting appropriate behaviour and language.
We encourage everyone to increase their knowledge and awareness of these issues by following international and national institutional initiatives, as well as participating in local events. Below is a selection of some of these initiatives:
