On 13 January 2022 MA S.r.l. took over the "Metallic" business unit of Ingegneria Italia, company subject to the “Amministrazione Straordinaria” procedure.
The business unit Metallic operates in the Atessa Plant and it is focused on stamping and assembly activities for Ducato with 235 headcount employed.
These activities have been carried on by MA since January 2020 through a specific rental agreement of the same business unit.
