The Project team assure a permanent contact with the platforms and the product development organization of customers.
The project leaders, who have experts support in dies, stamping and assembly processes, are responsible for:
- Planning of the activities
- Handling of modifications
- Definition and monitoring of costs
- Interchanges with various group services for the project industrialization
Goals
Achieve mutual aims with the customer for:
- QUALITY: customer's specifications, reliable and compatible solution with existing production equipment
- TIME SCHEDULE: Time-to-market reduction
- COSTS: Optimise costs drawing synergies from varied processes, the choice being appropriate to the production volume
